Officer’s
Meeting Minutes
Call To Order: 7:10pm
Present – Joan, Alicia, Eric S,
Tyler, Colin, LJ, Felicia, Dorrie, Mike K, Robb
Reports:
Treasury Report was given.
Last Meeting – EAA Christmas,
LOTS OF FUN, AND LOTS TO EAT!! We also elected officers.
Old Business:
- The January speaker, a person
from the control tower, needs questions to prepare. If
you have any questions you want answered send them to Dorrie
ASAP.
- February Meeting – FedEx
tour ~ Robb get contact, Alicia call
- April – May ~ mini ground
school workshops at FVTC in Oshkosh. Meetings will be
every week.
- June meeting ~ possibly a
plane identification activity to gear us up for EAA.
- Membership Dues ~ some still
need to pay, Dorrie will call those who haven’t paid to
find out if they have left the post of not.
~
If a person plans on quitting the post, they should write a
short notice of their plans so we know what’s going on
with them.
~ Call old members in August to
tell them membership dues are due at the meeting in September.
We are going to make a form with the spaces for the member’s
name, phone number, address, and e-mail so it is clear who
paid and who hasn’t.
- Golf outing has been scratched
from the calendar of events
- Brat Frys – Go to local
grocery store and find out when they start signing groups up
for brat frys and put the post down. It’s okay if we
cancel later.
- Fly-In Breakfast – was
tabled from discussion, we need to talk to Abe about this
New Business:
- Officer Training – Either
January 20 or February 10, check your calendars and get back
to the advisors by the January general meeting.
Possibly have the Racine post join us.
